Terms of Service for Snowball Siege

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Snowball Siege (the “Game”), a TikTok Mini Game developed and operated by Valor Creations / Valor Federal LLC (“we,” “us”). By playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not play the Game.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or playing Snowball Siege, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
Snowball Siege is intended for a general audience. It is not directed specifically at children. To play through TikTok, you must also meet TikTok’s own age and account eligibility requirements for using its platform and Mini Games.
3. The Game and Your License to Use It
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Snowball Siege for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to TikTok’s own platform rules.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content in Snowball Siege, including its code, artwork, design, names, audio and gameplay systems, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 3, you may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, or attempt to derive its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
- extract, rehost or redistribute the Game’s assets or code without our prior written permission.
5. Virtual Currency and Items
The Game includes virtual in-game currencies (“Coins” and “Gems”) and other virtual items such as upgrades and launchers. These:
- have no real-world monetary value;
- are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other tangible value, under any circumstance;
- exist solely for use within the Game and may be adjusted, awarded, reduced or removed by us at our discretion, including as part of game balance changes.
The Game does not currently offer any way to buy virtual currency or items with real money. If this changes, these Terms will be updated.
6. Saved Progress
Your progress is saved on your device. It may be lost if you clear the Game’s data, remove the Game, change devices or if a technical problem occurs. We are not able to restore progress that was stored only on your device. A future update (planned for version 1.1) may add optional cloud saves; these Terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated before that feature is released.
7. Optional Ads
The Game offers optional rewarded video ads, provided by TikTok. Watching an ad is always your choice, and every level can be completed without watching ads. A reward is given only when an ad is watched to the end; if an ad fails to load or is closed early, no reward is given.
8. Game Updates and Changes
We may update, modify or change the Game at any time, including gameplay balance, difficulty, rewards, features and content, without prior notice. We are not obligated to keep any particular version, feature or content available indefinitely.
9. Prohibited Conduct and Suspension
You agree not to:
- use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the Game;
- exploit bugs or glitches for personal advantage rather than reporting them;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game’s backend systems or our infrastructure;
- use the Game in any way that violates applicable law or TikTok’s platform policies.
We may suspend or end your access to the Game, including resetting progress obtained through prohibited conduct, at our discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that saved progress will never be lost.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above when changes are made. Continued play of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
